Description

HNBR is produced by hydrogenating NBR, which saturates the butadiene segments in the polymer backbone. This significantly improves heat resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical stability while retaining excellent oil and fuel resistance. HNBR offers superior mechanical properties, including high tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and low compression set, even at elevated temperatures. It performs reliably over a wide temperature range(-55°C to +180°C) and is ideal for demanding applications such as automotive air conditioning seals, oilfield drilling components, and high-speed bearing seals.

Applications

Engine crankshaft oil seal

Refrigeration system seals

Drilling mud motor seals

New energy vehicle electric drive oil seal
