Description
EVM is a specialty elastomer copolymerized from ethylene and vinyl acetate. It combines the high elasticity of rubber with the chemical resistance of plastics. Its most notable features are"halogen-free flame retardancy" and "high temperature resistance." EVM can achieve UL94 V-0flame retardancy rating without the addition of toxic halogenated flame retardants, while producing very low smoke and no toxic gas emissions during combustion. It is an ideal eco-friendly material to replace traditional rubber in the aerospace, rail transit, and high-end construction industries.
Applications
